Privacy
The ARCADIA appliance itself collects no telemetry, no analytics, and no conversation history. The only network traffic the unit ever generates is a daily software-update check that sends a per-unit license token over HTTPS and downloads signed update artifacts.
The waitlist on this website stores: your lowercased email, the source page, an ISO timestamp, the two-letter country code your request came from, and a salted hash of your IP and User-Agent (used for abuse detection, not identification). It does not store your name, real IP, user-agent, referrer, or any tracking ID. There are no third-party trackers on this site.
To request deletion of your waitlist entry, email hello@arcadiasurvival.com.

Optional content packs (Khan Academy, Plants For A Future) carry their own licenses and are user-installed; ARCADIA does not redistribute them. Per-pack license details are shown when you install each pack on the unit.
Hardware warranty
Each ARCADIA unit ships with a one-year hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects in the appliance. Software updates and content refreshes are included for the life of the unit at no additional cost. Bundled accessories (EcoFlow River 3, foldable solar panel, hard-shell case, USB peripherals) are covered by their manufacturers' warranties; full terms ship in the box with each unit.
